About Cera Microseal - High Performance Co-Polymer Based Cement Modifier
CERA MICROSEAL is a specially formulated co-polymer based integral waterproofing
compound for cement and concrete, which will reduce the water demand and improve
impermeability.
ADVANTAGES
Excellent water resistance
Reduces shrinkage cracks in joints and plaster
Does not adversely affect the setting time of cement
Reduces water requirement of concrete and mixes for required workability
Improves bond strength of to porous substrates like brick / old concrete
Reduces permeability and water absorption of concrete and without reduction in strength
USAGES
Can be used wherever mass concrete is specified for below grade constructions such as basement walls, floor, foundation and swimming pools and grade structures like retaining
walls, storage tanks, etc., where normal hydrostatic pressure exists
When incorporated with cement gives tighter joints in bricks, stone and all types of
masonry construction
Reduces the permeability of Portland cement mixes, making it an ideal choice for screed
Acts as a water resistant compound which reduces the capillary action and minimizes the entry and transmission of water.
